Oakland Soul SC announce partnership established with East Bay Community Energy (EBCE), for the inaugural 2023 USL W League season. EBCE is a public agency based in Oakland that provides electricity and energy-saving programs throughout Alameda County.
“We have thoroughly enjoyed our mutually beneficial partnership with East Bay Community Energy,” said Director of Business Development, Jenna Lamb. “From working together to become more sustainable and planting trees in East Oakland together, our two organizations’ values could not be more aligned.”
EBCE used the partnership to raise awareness of their green and affordable energy programs at Oakland Soul home games.
“We were excited about the opportunity to sponsor Oakland Soul in their first year in the USL W League” said EBCE CEO, Nick Chaset. “Oakland Soul is not just a top-level soccer team; as a purpose-driven club, they align with EBCE in their aspiration to improve social good in the East Bay.”
