Samantha Tran is a 24-year-old from Tracy, California. Tran is a product of the De Anza Force Academy and Stanford University where she was a part of two NCAA National Championship and four Pac-12 Conference titles. She currently works on staff at Life Academy in Oakland, California.

Nild, a Castro Valley native, played at UC Berkeley where she was the team captain in her senior season and was named Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention in 2016.
